    Upper Clubhouse 
    Your guests will catch all the action while enjoying a lavish luncheon or dinner in our Upper Clubhouse.  The location, which overlooks the track from the west, sets the mood for any special occasion or formal affair with history and sophistication.  To see exact dimensions of this luxurious space, View the floor plan. Seats 200-300 people.
     

    Paddock Lounge / Private Party Room
    It’s a day of fine dining with a private bar and teller service overlooking the paddock gardens. During the live racing season, the horses will parade right past your windows.  You can reserve this area exclusively for your group.  To see exact dimensions of this space, View the floor plan. Seats 150 people.
      

    Starting Gate Lounge
    The Starting Gate Lounge is the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable event. This charming setting includes a private bar and outdoor patio overlooking the track.  The extensive viewing area embraces the true heritage of the sport with a view that is sure to keep you in all the action.  Seats 200-300 people.

    OUTDOOR PATIO / PADDOCK

    Let the lush green of our paddock be the backdrop for your next event.  Enjoy the sounds of nature or bring in a DJ to give you something to groove to.  This beautiful garden area has nearly unlimited capacity, full electric and lighting and is located conveniently to restrooms and an air conditioned party room.
