OFFICIAL RULES
1) Each player MUST be 18 years of age or older.
2) You must select ONE HORSE for each Kentucky Derby Prep Race below.
Points are as follows: 5 points for win, 3 points for place, 1 point for show.
3) All entries must be turned in at a designated Beulah Park location 30
minutes prior to post time of first Derby Prep Race for specified day.
Take your entry to the Road to the Derby box located in the Grandstand
or Information Window first floor Clubhouse. All Non-Saturday races
appear on Saturday ballots. Entry deadline is Saturday.
4) Contestants with the most weekly points will be declared a Weekly Winner.
Weekly Winners receives $100 wagering voucher. All ties, equal purse split
with no prize less than $10.
You Must claim prize within 7 days of weekly contest.
5) Contest Grand Prize is $1,000, based on total points, pays as follows:
1st Place (60% of Total Pool): $600
2nd Place (20% of Total Pool): $200
3rd Place (10% of Total Pool): $100
4th Place (6% of Total Pool): $60
5th Place (4% of Total Pool): $40
Grand prize will be awarded 4/24/2010…$100 weekly prize not awarded.
6) Each selection MUST start to earn points.
7) All Dead-heats count for full point total.
8) All Points are carried over week-to-week.
9) Only one (1) entry per person.
10) No employees (or their immediate families) of Beulah Park are eligible to
play.
11) ALL decisions by the 2010 Beulah Park Judges are FINAL.
Multiple entries will be disqualified from entire contest.
