01. How do I get to Beulah Park?

Beulah Park is located at 3811 Southwest Blvd. in Grove City Ohio, only minutes from I-271. Please visit our Contact Page for a map and directions to Beulah Park.

02. What's My Next Step?

Contact the Beulah Park Event Coordinator with Logistical Event Information in mind to confirm availability of the space. Shortly following, we encourage your group to schedule a tour of the grounds and space desired. A security deposit is required to reserve the date and space and will thus place the reservation.   Once the reservation has been made, your Beulah Park Event Coordinator will contact you to establish an event menu.

03. Can we bring in our own alcohol?

No. Beulah Park's liquor license does not allow outside alcohol to be brought on premises. However, our adult beverage costs are cost effective and the venue is willing to accommodate your budget.

04. How do I reserve a space at Beulah Park?

Please call Beulah Park by phone a 614.871.9600 or e-mail at events@beulahpark.com and Please be sure to specify the type of event desired and event size.

05. Do you require a security deposit? What is the amount required for the deposit? When is it due?

A security deposit is required to make a reservation.  A deposit made in the amount of $500 will reserve a date and facility space. A space will not be held until the security deposit has been made.

06. When will you provide us with a cost estimate for our event and when is payment due?

A cost estimate will be provided once a menu has been established. A Half Payment is due one month prior to event. Full payment is due at the end of the event. Providing there is no damage, the security deposit will be applied to the payment.

07. Are tax and gratuities included in your package prices?

Tax and Gratuities are not included in package prices. The rate is 20% gratuity plus tax applied only to food & beverage service.  This rate is NOT applied to facility rental, linens, and other incidentals.

08. How much time is allowed for decorating and set-up?

Because Beulah Park is special in that it only holds one large scale event per weekend, you may deliver decorations the week before the event and begin decorating up to two days prior to the event. Tear down may be postponed until the day following the event if desired.  This is a courtesy to you so you may fully enjoy the event day itself.

09. What time do the wedding ceremonies take place?

Weddings and Receptions can take place at any time of day at the discretion of the bride and groom.

10. Are menu tastings available?

Menu tastings are available. Please contact your Event Coordinator to schedule a tasting.

11. Will My Wedding Coordinator personally handle and attend our reception?

Yes. In the rare event of illness or emergency, a suitable substitute with as much advance notice as possible.

12. What is the "guaranteed guest count" and when is it due?

The "guaranteed guest count" is the head count that is guaranteed to attend an event.  There is no minimum or maximum required. The Guaranteed guest count is due two weeks prior to the event date.  If one can not be provided, an estimated head count will be used for billing purposes.

13. Are outdoor weddings held year round?

With the appropriate provisions, outdoor weddings may be held.

14. How soon do I need to make reservations?

The sooner the better. However, we are able to accommodate short term planning.

15. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes. Special plates can be created specifically for your guests with special dietary needs. Please be sure to specify any dietary needs to your Event Coordinator.

16. What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, a sliding scale will be used to determine the dollar amount.  The terms of the cancellation policy are outlined in your Letter of Agreement.

17. What if our organization is exempt from state tax?

If your organization is tax exempt, Beulah Park must receive a completed Tax Exempt Certification prior to the date of the event.  All tax exempt organizations must pay with a check or credit card issued in the name of the organization as required by State Law.

18. Can you send me a bill for payment due at a later date?

All events must be paid for by their conclusion unless other arrangements have been made with the Beulah Park Event Facilitator. In the circumstance that these conditions can not be met, please see your Event Facilitator.
